Our delivery fee is R110 for any where in South Africa.
Standard delivery takes place during office hours and the shopper cannot select the exact date, or time, for the delivery.
Warehouse & Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday 08h00 to 17h00
There are no standard deliveries after hours, over weekends or on public holidays. Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery address.
In the case of our standard delivery, your parcel will be delivered to the address you specified in the checkout process.
Delivery for Bulk Orders will be calculated & communicated with the client directly

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
Delivery timeframes for standard delivery depend on your delivery address, postal code, and courier service to your area.
Standard delivery 3-5 working days, from payment of your order.
Please note that during high volume periods like seasonal sales, or Black Friday PARISetc reserves the right to extend their delivery timeframes.
Delivery might then take 3 -10 working days.
TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
A tracking number will be sent to you via Email or sms as soon as your Order has been processed.
If you become aware of the fact that product(s) is/are missing once you receive your parcel, and PARISetc does not notify you thereof via email beforehand, please contact PARISetc as soon as possible on email sales@parisetc.co.za to notify us thereof so that we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible. If contacting PARISetc via email regarding missing product(s), please use your order number and the phrase “missing product(s)” in your subject line of your email.
Returns Policy
Return policy for PARISetc customers.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. All refunds will remain at the discretion of PARISetc If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us and we will refund or credit you – the choice is yours. Please take note that shipping/delivery cost can unfortunately not be refunded or credited as this is costs that can not be reimbursed to us by the Courier company. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days after receiving of goods Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused. Sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund The purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded or credited to you once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time. You have 14 days from the time your order was delivered to send it back.
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us. PLEASE TAKE NOTE If PARISetc is responsible for sending damaged items or items in the incorrect size ordered by the client, pick up and return delivery costs are covered by PARISetc as per our return policy.
Please return your items, with the labels attached, in the original packaging in which your order was delivered. Alternatively, place the items inside a clean plastic bag and seal securely.Where there is more than one parcel, ensure that they are tied together.
**Please note, you risk delaying the refund process if the steps outlined above are not carefully followed. In addition, you will NOT be entitled to any refund if returned product(s) are not sent back to PARISetc in the exact packaging it was received in, with labels attached, in resalable conditions.
PARISetc also reserves the right not to refund a returned product if the product is returned without its original protective packaging and not safely packed.
Furthermore, PARISetc will not process a refund on defective or incorrect products should you not have followed the procedures as set out in this Returns Policy.
